Compressors.Online – Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our returns policy below for guidance on how to initiate and process returns.

2. Returns for Faulty Items

All equipment is thoroughly tested by our Quality Department before dispatch. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, we will provide you with a pre-paid return label so the item can be returned to us at no cost to you.

3. Returns for Non-Faulty Items

A handling charge of 25% of the invoice value or £25 (whichever is greater) will apply, plus collection charges (based on weight) and VAT.

Special orders are non-returnable. This is strictly non-negotiable.

Only items listed in the Compressors.Online Catalogues are eligible for return. Non-catalogue items are non-returnable unless faulty.

Return requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery note date or within 21 days of the order date, whichever is earlier.

Returned goods must be unused, in good working condition, and in their original unopened packaging.

Compressors.Online reserves the right to decline return requests, particularly for large-quantity orders placed specifically to meet your requirements.

4. Authorisation & Documentation

Goods must not be returned without an authorised returns note containing a Compressors.Online return number.

Returns without this documentation will be deemed invalid.

Our decision to accept or reject a return is made independently and is not contingent on whether our suppliers or the original manufacturer accept returns.

Direct contact by customers with our suppliers regarding returns will automatically void the return request.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

6. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.
