Category A, Prevost Aluminium Pipe only due to Size and Length £39.99

 
Category B, Large Orders (Value Over £99.99) £13.99 DHL - 1-2 working days between 8am and 6pm 

Category C, Pallet Orders (Value Over £999.00) Free, (excludes Aluminium Pipe) 1-3 working days between 8am and 6pm

When will I receive my order?
All UK orders placed before 11am can be shipped on a 1-2 working day delivery service and we endeavor to ship all orders on the day they are placed.

Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday.  Orders placed after 11:01pm on Monday will be shipped on Tuesday. Once your order has been dispatched we will email you a tracking number if requested

Deliveries will be made to an external ground floor kerbside location at your chosen address and a signature will be required upon delivery.

Heavy Items
Large or heavy items are dispatched through a pallet network, so if we can't get in contact with you, Please be sure to include a working phone number with your order.

If you order a large item and are not in to take delivery on the day please contact us before the delivery date. Unfortunately, there may be an additional delivery surcharge if the item has to be re-dispatched for another delivery date.

Heavy items will require the recipient to make arrangements to take delivery of the goods and may require the recipient to help the courier unload the item. For items that are delivered on a pallet the courier will leave the pallet as close to your door as possible.

Please note: Pallet deliveries to Northern Ireland will incur additional custom fee which will be required prior to shipping. You will be contacted by phone or e-mail to discuss payment options.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped we will email you a tracking number and a link to the couriers website. Please contact our customer service team if you do not recieve this email.

How do I get free delivery?
Online orders over £1000 will automatically have free delivery applied when you add to basket, Excluding Prevost Pipework, Unfortunately, this offer only extends to web orders with a delivery address in England or Wales – N Ireland, Ireland, parts of Scotland, Highlands and Islands and International delivery addresses will have to be calculated for their exact carriage cost. Can I choose a time for my delivery?
Sorry but due to carrier shortages this is not available at this time

Upon receipt of your order
You are advised to carefully inspect the package and goods to ensure they are intact and complete before signing for receipt of delivery. Should you find the parcel to be damaged or incomplete you must refuse delivery of the goods or sign "Damaged" then contact us on the day of delivery.

Bank Holidays
Orders placed before 11am on the working day before a bank holiday date will be shipped on a next working day

Orders placed after 11.01am on the working day before a bank holiday date will be shipped on a next working day delivery service with delivery due the 2nd working day immediately after the bank holiday date.

RETURNS 

All returns are subject to a 25% handling charge or £25, whichever is greater,price also plus collection fee,(dependent on weight) + vat

SPECIAL ORDERS are non-returnable, This is non-negotiable.

Only goods from within the Compressors.Online Catalogue will be considered for return.

Non Catalogue items are non returnable unless faulty.

Requests to return goods must be made within 7 days from date of delivery note or 21 days from order date, whichever is the lesser.

Returned goods must be unused and in good working order, and all packaging unopened

Compressors.Online reserve the right to decline any returns requests, especially requests for return of large quantity orders specifically ordered for your requirement.

Goods are not to be returned without an authorised returns note stating a Compressors.Online return number.

Any returned items must be accompanied by an Compressors.Online returns note, failure to add this makes the return void.

Compressors.Online decision whether to accept return or cancellation is an independent decision based on our own business policies, and is not dependent solely on whether the original manufacturer or our supplier will accept the goods back for return or cancellation of the order.

Therefore direct contact by any of our customers to our suppliers will not be entertained and will, in fact, result in an automatic rejection of that returns claim by us.
